Research Assistant, The ROBIN Project

Samia Hartley (She/Her) is a Research Assistant for the ROBIN study. She is a freshman (first year) at the University of Arizona pursuing her bachelor's degree in medicine with an emphasis: Integrated practice focused medicine and Africana Studies. She is passionate about medicine especially when it comes to emergency medicine and surgery. In the future she will attend medical school and get her MA and then maybe a PHD after graduation. Her end goal is to become a Trauma/ Emergency medicine surgeon. Samia enjoys participating in numerous medical clubs and AASA (African America student Association) clubs at the UA, painting, going to the gym, listening to music, volunteering, cooking especially baking, and traveling.
