Far too often, women’s hormones get a bad rap. Most women have probably been told, "You're being hormonal!" or, "You must be PMSing." or, "She just had a baby so her hormones are a mess." Let's change that perspective.
Instead of focusing on how hormones hurt us, we learn how hormones can help us. For example, did you know that progesterone, estrogen, and other hormones can change the way we take and respond to substances (such as nicotine/tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and opioids)? The goal of The RENEW Team is to empower you to with this kind of knowledge, so you can use it as a hidden superpower to combat and beat addictions!

"I can't thank you enough for literally saving my life! I smoked for almost ten years and I didn't feel like anything could change that. I felt encouraged, motivated, and supported every step of the way. This program has changed my whole life and I couldn't be more thrilled to be free of smoking forever!!"
